Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of claim-it.lol. Please read section 4 and section 8 carefully: they describe exactly what you receive when you claim a word, and what you do not. Section 9 covers CLAIM.IT Credits, which are a promotional benefit and not money.

Version 1.4 · Effective 25 August 2026 · Operated by Branda Stock Ltd, Hadvir 18, Hadera, Israel

1. Who you are contracting with

CLAIM.IT (the “Service”) is operated by Branda Stock Ltd, company number 516304516, of Hadvir 18, Hadera, Israel (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). You can reach us at legal@claim-it.lol or +972 52-702-2463. By creating an account, claiming a word, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a country or on a list subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

2. What the Service is

CLAIM.IT is an entertainment and promotional-placement service. Each word has a page. At any moment one account is listed on that page as the current holder, together with a display name, an optional logo, an optional tagline and an optional outbound link. Any other user can replace that listing by paying the then-current takeover price.

The Service is a novelty product. It is not a marketplace, an exchange, an auction house, a securities platform, a domain registry, a trademark registry, or a financial product of any kind.

3. Accounts

You sign in with an email address, using a one-time code or a sign-in link, or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@claim-it.lol if you believe someone else has access to it.

One person or organisation, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used to abuse other users, or is used to circumvent a restriction we have applied.

4. What you are buying, and what you are not

What you get. A revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to have your chosen display name, logo, tagline and link shown as the current holder on one word page on claim-it.lol, for as long as no other user completes a takeover of that word and for as long as your listing complies with these terms.

What you do not get. You do not acquire, and nothing on the Service grants you:

  • any trademark, service mark, copyright, design right, domain name or other intellectual-property right in the word or in anything else;
  • any right to prevent anyone else, on or off the Service, from using that word;
  • any ownership, title, equitable interest, security, share, token, coin, NFT or other asset;
  • any right to resell, assign, licence, transfer, gift or bequeath your listing;
  • any expectation of profit, yield, appreciation, dividend, revenue share, buy-back or payout of any kind;
  • any right to the money paid by whoever takes the word from you.

Words are not investments. The price of a word only moves in one direction and there is no mechanism by which you can ever receive money back from the Service. Do not spend money here that you are not content to have spent for entertainment. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Being listed as the holder of a word is not a statement by us that you have any rights in that word, that you are associated with any brand of the same name, or that any claim you make about yourself is true.

5. Price and how it changes

Every unclaimed word starts at $1. After each completed takeover the next takeover price becomes the greater of the current price multiplied by 1.35 (rounded up to a whole dollar) and the current price plus one dollar. Prices are stated in United States dollars.

The price shown on the word page at the moment your reservation is created is the price you pay. We may change the starting price, the multiplier or the pricing formula for future claims; a change never alters a payment already made or a reservation already held.

Prices are shown exclusive of any tax that may apply to you. Where we are required to charge value added tax or an equivalent, it will be identified before you confirm.

6. Payment: card only

The Service accepts card payments only. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for these orders and is the seller shown on your statement; where tax applies, Dodo Payments charges and remits it. We never see or store your card details. We do not accept cryptocurrency, bank transfers or cash.

A card payment can be disputed with your card issuer under their rules. If a payment for a word is charged back or refunded, the listing that payment bought ends and the word returns to its previous state.

Your use of the processor is also subject to that processor’s own terms. We are not responsible for the processor’s availability.

7. How a takeover works

Starting a takeover reserves the word and its exact price for you alone for 90 seconds while you open the payment. During that window no other user can buy that word. If you have not begun paying when the window ends, the word is released and anyone may take it.

Once the processor reports that your payment has been authorised, the word remains held for you until that payment reaches a final state, however long confirmation takes.

Ownership of the listing moves only when a payment is confirmed on our servers. A redirect back to the Service, a screenshot, a statement line, or a pending transaction is not a completed purchase. If two payments for the same word are ever confirmed for the same price, only one can take effect; we will contact the other payer and work with them in good faith on a resolution, which may include applying the amount to the new, higher price or issuing a manual refund at our discretion.

8. No refunds, and your withdrawal right

The Service is digital content supplied immediately. When you confirm a takeover you expressly request that we begin performing at once and, where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right would otherwise apply to you, you acknowledge that you lose that right once performance has begun and the word page has been updated.

Subject to that, all payments are final and non-refundable. In particular, no refund is due because someone else later took the word from you, because you changed your mind, because the price rose, or because you did not read section 4. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Where a payment fails, expires, or arrives after the word has already moved to another user, no listing is granted. In the case of a late payment that we can identify, we will contact you at your account email address to agree what to do with it.

9. CLAIM.IT Credits

When another user takes a word from you, we credit your account with CLAIM.IT Credits equal to 115% of the price you last paid for that word, rounded up to the nearest Credit. Credits are issued automatically when the takeover payment settles, and only where both accounts are genuine user accounts.

Credits are not money, and are not a refund. They are a promotional benefit and a limited licence to obtain listings on the Service. They have no cash value, are not electronic money, a payment instrument, a deposit, a security or any other financial product. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, sold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed anywhere other than on CLAIM.IT. Nothing in this section gives you a claim against us for money.

Credits pay for at most 80% of the price of any claim or takeover; the balance is always payable by card. Credits do not currently expire. Credits you have not spent are not refundable in cash if your account is closed.

We may vary the reward percentage, the maximum proportion payable in Credits, and the rules for earning and spending Credits, at any time and for future transactions. We may suspend the issuing or spending of Credits temporarily where we reasonably need to, for example to deal with a fault or suspected abuse; this does not remove Credits already in your balance. We may withhold, reverse or cancel Credits obtained through error, abuse, self-dealing, coordinated trading between accounts under common control, or any breach of these terms.

10. What you may not claim or publish

You are responsible for the display name, logo, tagline and link you submit. You must not submit, and must not use a word page to display, anything that:

  • infringes anyone’s trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property right, including using a brand’s name or logo you are not authorised to use;
  • impersonates any person, business or organisation, or falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship;
  • contains another living person’s name, photograph, contact details or other personal data without their consent;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or any other content that is illegal to publish;
  • promotes a scam, a fraudulent scheme, malware, or an unlawful product or service;
  • links to any of the above.

Some words cannot be claimed at all, including web addresses, contact details, personal information, reserved platform terms, slurs and other hateful or discriminatory terms, and terms on our moderation list. We may add to that list, or block a specific word, at any time and without notice.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display the material you submit, for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, for as long as you hold the listing and for a reasonable period afterwards in historical records of the word.

11. Moderation, removal and reporting

We may remove a listing, take a word page offline, block a word, or suspend an account, at any time and without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where we receive a credible legal complaint, or where we are required to by law or by a payment processor.

If you believe a word page infringes your rights, email legal@claim-it.lol with the URL, a description of your right and the basis for it, your contact details, and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and will act on well-founded complaints, which usually means removing the listing. We may pass your notice to the affected user.

Where we remove your listing because of your breach, no refund is due. Where we remove or block a word for a reason unconnected to your conduct, we will, at our option, transfer your listing to another word of similar price or refund the amount you last paid for it.

12. Availability

We provide the Service as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that any particular word will remain available, or that we will operate the Service indefinitely. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we permanently close the Service, listings end and no refunds are due for listings already delivered.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss caused by a third party including a payment processor or another user. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from material you submitted or from your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page always identify the current version. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice by email to account holders, or by a notice on the Service, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force when you made it.

15. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

16. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
